You agree only to request a verification of background information about yourself and no other person, and you certify that the personal identifiable information you enter on this website will be yours and yours alone and is true and correct to the best of your knowledge.
You understand that if you provide false information on this website or attempt to obtain background information about an individual under false pretenses or without a permissible purpose; you may subject you to criminal or civil liability, including fines and imprisonment of up to two years.
You agree that you are solely responsible for all fees and costs associated with your request for a background report(s) as detailed on this website and that the name supplied on your credit card must match the name entered for a background request.
Turnaround time
- Education Verification: Turnaround time for education verification is 7-15 working days.
- Employment Verification: Turnaround time for Employment verification is 7-15 working days.
VINFORM endeavors to deliver verification results within these time frames. However, sometimes communication and transit delays could stretch the timeline.
Certificate & Validity
VINFORM certification is valid of 5 years. It can be renewed any time by the candidate after 5 years if there has been no change in his/her credentials.
An online version of the certification is available for viewing for the candidate and for the employer
Candidate and employers can view the certificate by entering the following information

Disputes
VINFORM would always uses the legal sources to verify information which has been provided by the candidate.
If candidates want to dispute the verified information then they can email their concerns. VINFORM will look into the matter and work on to resolve any issues with the candidate
It is important that candidate should get themselves verified and we understand the concern. VINFORM would not do anything which would harm future prospects of any candidate.
Refunds
All sales and orders done on the website are final.
Any refunds would be processed only in cases where AMS Inform/VINFORM has not been able to complete the verification for the applicant. In such cases of refund, VINFORM will notify the candidate in due course of time and would issue refund. VINFORM would issue refund either in the same mode of payment or Demand Draft in the name of the candidate mentioned at the time of order placement.
There will be no refunds if you are ordering a report for someone else.
VINFROM/AMS INFORM PRIVATE LIMITED collects information from a variety of sources. These sources are not maintained by VINFROM/AMS Inform Private Limited and may be fallible (human and otherwise). Therefore, the information VINFROM/AMS Inform Private Limited obtains the information reported in its background reports is from various third party sources “AS IS”, and therefore is making such information available to you and anyone else authorized to view the information “AS IS”.
VINFROM/AMS INFORM PRIVATE LIMITED makes no representation or warranty whatsoever, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose, or implied warranties arising from the course of dealing or a course of performance with respect to the accuracy, validity, or completeness of any information services and/or consumer reports, that the information services will meet the your needs, or the needs or anyone else you authorize to view this information or that this information will be provided on an uninterrupted basis; VINFROM/AMS INFORM PRIVATE LIMITED expressly disclaims any and all such representations and warranties.
